Goods ordered incorrectly can be returned at your own cost. If you would like us to arrange for collection there would be a £35.00 collection fee.

Delivery of orders:

• Spares orders received before 2.30pm Monday - Thursday despatched the same day.
• Gear Packs & Canopy Spring orders received before 2.30pm on Monday - Thursday despatched same day.
• Spares orders received before 11.30am on Friday despatched same day.
• Gear Packs & Canopy Spring orders received before 11.00am on Friday despatched same day.
• Small postal items (1.5kg max) can be ordered up to 3.30pm for despatch same day, Monday to Thursday.
• Postal items on Fridays can be ordered up to 12.00pm.
• Orders despatched Via carrier will be delivered before 5.30pm the following working day
• When ordering please advise if there will be anyone present to receive goods as special instructions need to be given to the carrier. Goods can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place just let us know.
