1. Prices

All prices shown include free Post & Packaging to mainland UK and we do not charge VAT.

We have made the ordering process as straight forward as possible. Simply browse GDP, choose your products and add them to your basket. Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details to complete your order. Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email.

We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by PayPal's secure card processing facility, one of the leading companies in this field. PayPal recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So they use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. 3. Delivery Spares and Accessories Delivery

3.1 UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free within the UK mainland. The majority of products are same day dispatch by 1st class Royal Mail (1-2 days) if the goods are in stock and ordered before the time stated under each product on a weekday they will be dispatched that day. Larger heavier products will be sent by a courier. In exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer. If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the carrier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

3.2 Outer Scotland, Northern Irelan, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Isles

Orders under 30.00 will be sent free same day dispatch by 1st class Royal Mail, to the Channel Isles, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Outer Scotland. Orders over 30.00 to the above destination will be sent by a courier and a 25.00 charge will de added for this.

3.3 Next working day delivery.

An optional extra £8.50 next working day delivery is available (UK mainland only) orders must be ordered before 1:30pm for next working day. In the unlikely event that you have not received your product please contact us at enquiries@ukgaragedoorsparts.co.uk. We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

4.1 Spares and Accessories Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We expect that you will be delighted with your product. If you have cause to be dissatisfied with the order you have received or if it is incorrect due to our error or faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or refund you andmeet the cost of the return, provided you return it to us within 30 days of delivery, and contact us as indicated below. Spares and Accessories may be returned for refund within 30 days but the goods must be in new condition complete with packaging supplied. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover shipping costs and processing costs incurred on Items no longer required.

Returned products must be sent to address on the contact page, Please note if you wish to return our product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at enquiries@ukgaragedoorsparts.co.uk.

Price refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order. Where appropriate, we refund the postage charge to you by sending you a cheque.

How to return items:

• Contact us first at enquiries@ukgaragedoorsparts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.
• Enclose a copy of your invoice with the returns.
• Return the product to the address given within 30 days.

Unless you are returning the product because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, it must be returned in perfect resaleable condition.

5. Warranty

5.1 Spares & Accessories

All spares and accessories products come with a one-year warranty.

5.2 Garage doors

All garage doors have a 2 year manufacturers warranty.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of GDP.

GDP do not accept liability to you for any costs, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising:

• If the product is not used for its normal intended purpose.
• If the product is not fitted or installed by an expert fully qualified and competent to do the job.

and if the product has to be returned to us because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, our liability is limited to the refund we may make as outlined above.

Always get an expert to fit your garage door spare part.

Never undertake the fitting of any product supplied by us unless you are fully qualified and competent to do it yourself.
